But with the help of government support (ECO4 strategy), you don’t have to worry about the price because the support is complete and you don’t need to pay a single penny.

Home Ownership or Private Tenancy
Eligibility extends to home owners and tenants in privately rented homes.
Gas Meter Requirement
In order to meet eligibility requirements for a first-time central heating grant, you must have a gas connection installed before the 31st of March 2022.
EPC Rating Requirements for Home Owners
Live in a property with an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) (low) D or E.F to G. This means your home is considered poor. * For private rental, you must be a homeowner or tenant. Only owner-occupiers with an EPC rating below D, E, F or G and tenant-owned tenants with an EPC rating of E, F or G can benefit from central heating services. These families rent their homes from the municipality or housing association. People living in shared housing cannot benefit from the initial central heating scheme. Second, your home must have gas appliances available.
